I usually do a 30 minute workout at about 4.5mph 4 times a week, but the dvd is getting reeeally boring now! So I'm trying to find a form of exercise that'll keep me interested. Any ideas?

Youtube, tumblr, google, pinterest, have numous workout tips, videos, and plans.
Youtube is good for Zumba, P90x, 30 day shred...etc..
Tumblr is good for just about everything, search google for "workout regimens", "plans". Etc...there are great running, walking, jogging plans that make the effort well worth your while.
I suggest adding in some kickboxing(you can do these without any equip), some zumba, and some strength training on top of doing a running/walking regimen.
You can find amazing zumba and kickboxing videos on youtube. Hope this helps I hate a plateu in my workouts.0 -
