I'm meeting a friend for dinner in a mall food court today (it's a long story why) and I need suggestions on what the heck I can eat in there! I'd rather not get stuck eating a plain green salad but I really don't want to blow my whole week!

oooohh. Good luck with that. I usually opt for the green beans and chicken stir fry - just the small side. No drink, no rice, no fortune cookie. It's still cooked in oil, but my fats are set to 45%, so I don't worry as much about fats as carbs.

One slice of thin crust cheese (or veggie) pizza

    Small turkey sub

If there's a Dunkin Donuts in your food court, you can get egg sandwiches/wraps all day.

Just eat in moderation. Get a small portion of what you like (the pizza slice idea was good) and maybe have a good snack at home later.
