I have been told that you should only wash your face twice a day. But what happens when you work out or have multiple workouts? Can I wash my face more than that? What do you do for multiples?

That seems odd to me that you can't wash it more than twice. If you can't then witch hazel and some cotton balls could work I guess, personally I shower once in the morning and again after working out.0

Try a wash made for sensitive skin, I use Cetaphil, it is more of a lotion soap. Then in the evening, before bed, I exfoliate or my 'normal' washing/skincare.0

I usually take a quick neck-down shower after I workout and wash my face.0

I say wash it, and make sure to moisturize. If you can, avoid washing your face until you work out. Washing a lot can cause your face to over produce oil and can create some more issues there but I think the sweat on your face would be worse and feel awful0
