smoked Veg Soup

I put the following in an aluminum pan:
3 tomato
1 corn on the cob
1/3 head of cauliflower broken up
1 green pepper cut in about 8
1/3 red onion cut in 6 pieces
12 baby carrots
2 stalks celery chopped


Smoked them on my bbq for about 35 minutes with hickory chips

Brought them inside, crushed the tomatoes in a pot. Chopped some of the other things a bit smaller, added some red pepper flakes and a bit of chopped cabbage and simmered for about 10-15 minutes to make it soupy.

Result - pretty good bowl of soup with an interesting flavor. This makes 2 bowls, at roughly 166calories each.
