Waist: 33.5 in - 31.25 in

Right Arm: 10.25 in - 10 in

Left Arm: 10.25 in - 10 in

Right Thigh: 21.5 in - 21.5 in

Left Thigh: 21.5 in - 21 in

Hips: 37.25 in - 35.5 in

Chest: 35.25 in - 35 in

Neck: 12.5 in - 12.25 in

Right Calf: 13.5 in - 13.5 in

Left Calf: 13.5 in - 13.5 in



Total of 5.5 inches gone from my body in just 30 Days!!!! And 2.25 inches off my waist alone!!!!



Can't wait to see Month 2 Results!!!!

Great job! I am on DAY 42, I just posted my results on my blog. Nothing major, but I think it is because I missed about 15 days total due to vacation and some fatigue.

I am on first week of the second part of Insanity, I am really enjoying it so far!

Weight: 135.4 (NOW 136.2)
Waist: 31.5 (SAME)
Hips: 41 (NOW 40)
Right Arm: 12 (SAME)
Left Arm: 11.8 (Now 11.5)
Right thigh: 21.5 (SAME)
Left thigh: 20 (NOW 21)
Body Fat% 30.2 (NOW 28.8%) -- Loss of 1.4%!!!
