Weighing?

Ok, so I weighed at 9:15 this morning and I weighed 225 exactly. Now I just weighed again at 2:00 and it says 228! Which is correct? It's very frustrating because I see the numbers and see that I'm losing weight, but then later that day I gained it back? Blahhh.

Woah - chill out!
Did you eat or drink anything today?
Yea, that would probably do it.
Weigh in at the same time of day every time - ideally in the morning, after taking care of business, and in the nude. And only weigh in once per week so that small fluctuations are not confused with actual weight gain/loss.0 -

What she said. A person's weight can fluctuate 3-5 lbs within the course of a day. Always weigh yourself at the same time, under the same conditions, or you'll get caught up in normal daily fluctuations instead of the overall pattern.0
