If you have a chest cold you shouldn't work out? I'm sure others would hate for me to spread it to them at gym but if I can do stuff outside, I will. Luckily I played tennis yesterday on my off day so I"m not dying of guilt yet but today I was too exhausted to even think about gym. Any input and advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I hope you get better fast!! I would work out with a chest cold, it is good to open the airways but if you are running a temp ,achy and exhausted then take a break and NOT workout, you will get better faster if you rest some!! Get Well!!0

I think with any type of illness, regardless of the nature you should just take the time to rest and get better. Take extra vitamin C and eat really healthy! Maybe a light walk but I've had pneumonia and other chest colds and it's rough on your body. You'll recover quicker if you're body can just concentrate on healing. That's just my opinion though :flowerforyou:0
