Trying to stay on track with my diet at the moment and even though I know what I should be eating and am very good at planning my meals I seem to slip up every week.
I really enjoy eating healthily and love the thought of a 'clean' diet but WAY GOING OFF TRACK and I feel like i'm back at square one every week.
What tips, tricks, thoughts, distractions, foods, exercises etc etc do you use to help you stay on track?
- Oh and when I say slipping up I mean like having a whole tub of Ben and Jerry's to my self :noway

My celeb motivations:
Kim K's *kitten*- I want to keep my booty but tone it up.
J. LO's abs- They are friggin sick! I'll be okay with making it half way there
Beyonce's legs- I want toned and sexy legs
I don't want to "look" like these women but I like that they are shapely, fit and toned and so it motivates me to work out and I can still keep my curves and tone it up like they do.
As far as eating.. You have to seriously make the change in your food habits. Go online and find things that taste good and are healthy. I am a "meat & potatoes" kinda girl so this was hard for me. It get's easier if you make a conscious effort. Add me if you need motivation. My food diary is open.0 -
I feel like a lot of it is just being deliberate in all of your actions. I hate the saying "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels," but I guess my attitude is a take on that. When I'm reaching for the Ben & Jerry's I think, this will make me feel really awesome for about an hour. Getting in shape will make me feel better ALL THE TIME.
If you're reaaaaaally needing the ice cream, try Edy's Slow Churned. I bought a cute 1/2 cup measuring cup, and I put my portion in that. Most flavors are 90-120 calories. You can have your treat without ruining your plans!0
