I'm not sure if this is weird or normal but here's the problem I'm having: I will eat a good breakfast then work out about an hour later, usually I'll do something light like yoga. But if I do anything intense especially cardio or weights I literally have no appetite for the rest of the day. I'm literally forcing myself to eat. Is this normal? Any suggestions? And I can only work out in the morning as I work swing/night shifts bartending.

Intense exercise or exercising in high heat will suppress appetite. So, yes, it is normal.
You just have to find a way to eat what you need to eat sometime during the day.0
