Tuna or chicken salad.0

-

Keep a jar of peanut butter stashed away for emergencies? That's what I do!0

hard boiled egg, string cheese, turkey...I also like to use iceberg lettuce instead of bread. Spread a little Laughing cow cheese and some ham or turkey, add some tomato, you've got almost a sandwich0

If you're into "drinks," those muscle ones are full of protein as well as the EAS ones.... perhaps google them if interested.0

I get a large package of ground turkey and grill a dozen burgers at once and keep them around for lunches or on days I'm struggling to reach my protein numbers.0

Hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks, pistachios, mixed nuts, dairy0

Clif bar, or yogurt0

I use string cheese, beef or turkey jerky, peanut butter, nuts, protein bars, and freeze dried edamame (found at Target, one serving has 130 calories and 12g of protein!).0

Have you ever tried shakeology. its a great source of protein. it comes in single serving packets that you can put in a shaker cup with just water.0

quick proteins, I make up turkey burgers and then freeze them and take one with me in my lunch. I have a can of tuna at my desk at all times. I have a bag of walnuts or almonds or pumpkin seeds at my desk to stave off the hunger.
I drink water .. eat red peppers ... celery and cucumber.
Egg is great, scrambled with veggies and feta. Goat Cheese with red pepper. Swiss cheese.. couple of slices with avocado.
There are lots of great options. Never let yourself get hungry.
Good luck.0 -
For me:
Cottage Cheese
Pistachios
I bring milk in a cooler and make a protein shake at my desk at times
Hard boiled eggs
Hummus and sliced zucchini
Warm up some re fried beans w/cheese (pintos and cheese)
Bananas with Peanut Butter (but that's pretty high calorie)
Roasted Soy Nuts (and of course other nuts besides what I mentioned)
Greek Yogurt (Chobani is yummy)
Tunafish - but it can get a little stinky
Overnight Oatmeal
Then of course just get in a habbit of packing good leftovers after dinner so they're ready to go
Just some thoughts off the top of my head that I like ....0
