Herbalife?! Good or Bad idea!!

So I don't know if any of you have heard of Herbalife, but in case you haven't here is a run down. Herbalife is a meal replacement shake designed to help you "shed the pounds" and maintain a healthy diet.
I have done this program in the past, about 4 years ago, and lost a good 20-30lbs. I stopped it because it can become expensive. I recently started it again, but I am not sure if I should. After I lost my 20-30lbs, I was able to maintain it off for a while but once I started gaining it was like it came back 10x's faster. I'm sure I was not being on my best behavior either. I decided to start it again just as a jump start.
I really would just like to know if anyone else has done this program and what your results were, and also if you would do it again?? :happy:
