Some diary / food choices help please.....

If someone wouldnt mind taking a look at my diary to give any feedback, I would appreciate. I am new to my fitness pal and am trying to be as good as I can but I seem to keep exceeding my sugar intake and seem to be having too many carbs. Any suggestions or help would be great. Im 5"9 and currently weight 183lb. Thanks!!

    just from today, i think alot of your sugar is from fruit so i wdn't worry too much :)
