The question I is .....can fat be turned into muscle?

    I think the way it works is you have to lose the fat and gain the muscle. Fat doesn't just transform into muscle.

    No. Fat cannot be turned into muscle. Fat cells remain there even when the deflate from losing fat.

    No, fat does not convert to muscle. You can definitely lose fat, however, which will show muscles that were previously hidden!

    Fat cells are like tiny balloons. They shrink as you lose weight. Muscles are completely separate.
