I have been using myfitnesspal for almost 3 weeks now and I think it is great :)

The first two weeks I really learned how to controll my portions, but I was very often hungry. I ate amlost every two or three hour, and sticked to about 1200 kcal a day.

Now it seems my body has change. I am just not hungry anymore... I have lost some kg but I am no afraid I wont anymore if my body has gone into starvation mode...

Have some of u been through the same and have some good advice? That would really help, because I am afraid to do something wrong and distroy my progress :)
