Hi All,
Back again with one more quick question! Promise it's the last!
I was working 12 hours a day and gaining 2400 extra calories, now the work has finished. Should I find an average daily calorific expenditure to put into the system instead? ie: calories burned from the time I get up, to the time I go to bed. As it is, I have no specifc exercises to add, and as such find my daily allowance of 1300 calories is being exceeded far to easily?
Regards,
Tiddy
