I don't know why, but it seems like every time when I have processed food even like 2 slices of wheat bread and such, my tongue would feel weird...like it wants lots of lots of water! I probably am taking in too much sodium...but I noticed even if I just have one small package of ramen and nothing else, my tongue feels like it's dying of thirst! Then immediately I would crave for something juicy and sweet like fruits, ice cream, Jamba Juice! I hate this feeling, I don't even know how to describe it. Just tongue feeling weird, and I will drink so much water (til I'm bloated) and I would still feel thirsty! I never really feel like this until recently. Anyone feel the same?

I get this exact reaction to food with MSG in it. I live in China so it's pretty hard to avoid but I did not think it was that common in many other countries so I don't know if that's it. Maybe check the ingredients of foods that trigger it and see if you can find a common theme0
