    I'm in too - I need a good challenge :0)

    Week ending 5/8/12: 11 miles (2 run / 6 bike / 3 walk)


    Week ending 12/08/12: 41 miles (5 run / 2 swim / 23 bike / 11 walk)

    Week ending 19/08/12: 28 miles (8 run / 12 bike / 6 walk / 2 x-trainer) = 80 Miles so far

    Week 2 (Aug 8-14)=29 miles (walking)
    Week 3 (Aug 15-21)=21.3 miles (walking)
    Total=68.3 miles

    Total=74


    Pace=104 miles
