Flex Belt

I came across an ad today about this great new device called the Flex Belt ... funny thing ... the add is on THIS PAGE AS I TYPE! Go figure!

Anyway, I watched some of the video, listened closely to what these people were saying, especially listening for claims they make about this device. Yes, they claim you will get firmer and more toned abs (I can hear some of you groan at the use of the word "toned").

I'm not new to diet and fitness, and once did purchase the old "abtronic" device that was eventually banned. But I digress...

I went online and read a review by someone calling themselves an "average Joe". He said a lot of the same stuff that is said in the ad for this product, "It works great! I have flatter and more defined abs!" Then a few paragraphs down, he admits that he had to also change his diet and add exercises to his daily routing. Why? Because, as he stated, and the ad eludes to: You won't see your new abs if they are covered in belly fat!!

BINGO!!!

So, for anyone thinking of using this device, please understand the following:

A flat belly comes from removing belly fat.
The Flex Belt will only give you an ab workout, it won't burn the fat (OK, it probably burns a few calories that helps a little)
This device should be used as a SUPPLEMENT to your routine to get flat/6-pack abs ... it is not a miracle device the does it all.
