I am having such a hard time staying on track today. Need some extra motivation. I feel like I can't stop eating today.

do you have any plans, today? if not, make some. go for a nice walk or bike ride. also, try journaling. i've been on a diary-keeping kick. sometimes it really helps to open up to yourself... you might find out what's really on your mind and why you feel like eating.0
