Interesting snacks for high calorie burn days

Hey MFP Family,
I'm looking for interesting snacks I can prepare or take with me for the days I burn 1,200 + calories. I started eating two breakfasts and that's helped a lot. I enjoy Cliff bars, but they can get a bit monotonous. I eat fish (mostly shrimp and salmon), but no other meat. I also try to stay clear of dairy -- it's a deal I made with my digestive system. =]
Ideally, they'd be items that aren't too heavy for me to put in my backpack and bike around the city. Thanks, friends!
