Does anyone know of a site where we can punch in the ingredients to a meal and get accurate nutrition info for a serving?

Thanks everyone! :flowerforyou:

    like this?

    http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp

Not sure if that is what you mean by "a meal" but it's for calculating recipes.

Where? I need to input ingredients for an entire recipe then figure out what each serving is. Like for instance, if I'm making a casserole, I can input the ingredients for the entire casserole then figure out the nutrition facts for one serving of it.

I like using www.sparkrecipes.com. If you create a profile you can enter in any recipes and save them. You can do it here by adding in all the ingredients for the entire recipe then hit "Remember Meal" then remove all the ingredients and then searching for the meal and entering in the serving size. For example, if you entered in ingredients for 4 servings than one serving would be 0.25 of the meal you entered. I personally find it much easier to enter it into sparkpeople .... too many steps when entering a recipe directly into myfitnesspal.

Enter all the ingredients like you would normally for any food you eat. Click remember meal. Then add that meal to your plate, but change the serving size. So if you think there are 4 servings in the whole meal, change the serving size to .25 for 1 serving.
