    WEEK ONE: 605/1440 (10 hours, 5 minutes)

    August 8 - REST DAY
    August 9 - 10 min stationary bicycle, 60 min Aerobic Step Class (+70)
    August 10 - 20 min stationary bicycle, 30 min Strength Training, 60 min Aquafit, 60 min Zumba (+175)
    August 11 - REST DAY
    August 12 - REST DAY
    August 13 - 60 min Pilates, 90 min Kickbox Cardio, 25 min Strength Training (+175)
    August 14 - 60 min Zumba (+60)

    TOTAL FOR WEEK TWO: 480 minutes (8 hours)
    TOTAL THUS FAR: 1085 minutes (18 hours, 5 minutes)

    I think I'll finish the challenge by next week, if I keep it at this rate. Man, I need a social life.

    not a very productive month. coaching football every night. need to start working out before work, but i am not a morning person at all. i feel cheap adding 'walking' so i cut all the times in half and am only posting 60 min
