Holy cow. How many calories were you consuming? And how much would you typically burn in a workout? That's a huge loss! Congrats.

  • Wow! You look fantastic! Great job. I've lost 35 lbs in 6 months, but didn't keep track of my body measurements and haven't taken pictures along the way, so I'm really struggling with seeing the change and feeling proud of myself. I have 10-15 lbs left I'd like to lose, but worry I'm starting to obsess over calories, exercise, not treating myself here and there, and just feeling really stressed over it all instead of proud of my success so far. The only thing that's kept me going has been (obviously seeing the scale go down), but also trying on old clothes that fall off now. Any advice?
  • Good job mister
