I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT WITH A TRAINER TWICE A WEEK SINCE MARCH< AND I DO MY BEST TO GET SOME OTHER THINGS DURING THE WEEK ASWELL.
EVERY TIME WE TAKE MEASUREMENT THE NUMBERS ARE GOING DOWN WHICH IS GOOD.
MY WEIGHT INCREASED BY 5LBS. (MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THEN FAT SO ONCE AGAIN NOT TO CONCERNED THERE) tHE PROBLEM IS I AM NOT ABLE TO FIT INTO AND OF MY PANTS AND IT SEEMS TO BE GOING UP.

SO IF i AM LOOSING INCHES WHY IS MY PANT SIZE GOING UP?

i EAT PRETTY GOOD.

aNY IDEAS? MY TRAINER HAS NO IDEA.

    Have you been to a doctor? If not, a check up might be a good idea. And, stupid question, but are you sure your clothes aren't just being shrunk in the dryer? It happens.....

    Lastly, are you drinking all of your water? If you're retaining water that could make you feel bloated and make your clothes tighter, so drinking 8 glasses a day will flush it out.

    Also, what is "eating pretty good". I thought I ate pretty good until I started logging and see in black and white how horrible I was eating. How many calories do you eat each day, do you eat your exercise calories?
