Zumba

K I was wondering from the people that do zumba at least 3 to 4 times a week. I started doing it about a 4 months ago and now I my ankle hurts after I do it every time and will hurt all day. So I was wondering when you guys do it do you also have this same problem. Cause I know that some workouts like running can damage your joints. So I am wondering if zumba will do that also.
