Hi! So I am always over my daily sugar goals because I like to eat fruit. Does my body recognize that this is not the same as sugar from candy? After all sugar is sugar but obviously fruit has other nutrients and vitamins. Thoughts!?

Sugar is sugar to your body, yes, but since fruit comes with the fiber and vitamins it was born with, don't fret about it. 2-3 servings a day is recommended, and I find that to be a good amount. I also go over with my sugar from fruit every day, but I also track fiber and get between 25-35 grams a day (along with my veggies and whole grains). It helps me stay full and keeps my digestive system happy. As long as it isn't making you have cravings or allergic reactions, you should be good! :smokin:0
