I'm a newbie here

I signed up for MFP about 3 months ago but never took advantage of all the great stuff on here. I've just spent a few hours making up some recipes that I love to eat so this time I'm hoping that I will get on here every day to keep a count of my calories. It's weird cos if I'm dieting I'm pigging out so I need some sort of a plan to keep me on track....that is so weird isn't it! Hopefuly this will be it this time!
