Exercises for rectangular body shapes?

Hi all, does anyone have any good resistance exercises for rectangular body shapes to help create a more hourglass shape? I love my Taekwon-do and find that the more I am training in TKD the better shape my body gets because of the hip abduction and it builds my shoulders a little but I want to target my resistance training to help my shape too... you know so my waist actually appears to go in at the middle and I look slightly more feminine? x
