Calcium Oxalate Kidney Stones with Diet Restrictions

Options
All of the diets I am instructed to follow by different doctors are contradictory and I am wondering what I am supposed to eat? I have calcium oxalate kidney stones, a milk allergy (not just lactose any milk by product), and IBS. Now that I have a candida infection in the lymph nodes in my neck that isn't going away they want me to go on that diet too... HELP! grocery store trips are daunting and I am starving here!

I've been dealing with calcium oxalate stones off and on since I was 18, am almost 48. Throughout that time the suggested diet has changed. The one and only change that made a difference is drinking more fluids during the day. I use to get a couple of stones every 3 yrs following a low oxalate diet. I quit that in '05 and instead drink 16 oz of water with high oxalate foods. No stones since [knock on wood]
