I ate it all!
Today is my birthday:drinker: My husband forgot to wish me Happy Birthday before work:sad: :sad: He came home at lunch time with my favorite Taco Bell Meal....crunch wrap supreme, nachos to split and an caramel apple empanada. I ate the whole thing:happy: :happy: Then I looked up the calories:noway: :noway: I consumed over 1000 calories just for lunch:frown: :frown: :sick: :sick: Now to put the kids down for their naps:drinker: :drinker: Then I am going to jump on the exercise bike and ride until the HRM says I burned at least 1000 calories. :laugh: :laugh:

You burn more calories when you hit your target heart rate, mine is between 162 and 180. Once your in your target HR hold it for as long as you can, you burn fat. Another good way is to fully incline the machine and speed walk (for me, that's 3.7mph) works your butt.

Happy birthday. I wish someone would bring me Taco Bell. I did the same thing over a week ago, ate almost a 1000 calories over my intake goal. Just get back on track tomorrow and you can do it!0

Thank you all for your birthday wishes and support. Got in a great work out during nap time and do not feel so mad at myself. I plan to drink lots of water the rest of the day to help with the sodium I am sure that meal contained.0
