Low-Cal Healthy (but inexpensive!!) Food Ideas??

I've been doing really really well with my food intake & weight loss, but have recently hit a snag as far as getting cravings. This is how I went on my first downfall before I started MFP. I needed some variety in my eating habits, but never really knew how to switch it up without going totally off-track... so I fell off the bandwagon. I obviously don't want that to happen again! I really would like to switch up my food a bit but am looking for new ideas especially for breakfast and lunch. Low-calorie, healthy, but not too terribly expensive ideas would be ideal. I'm thinking maybe a fruit & yogurt parfait kind of thing every once in a while for breakfast...
What does everyone else have for breakfast & lunch?
