First day doing HERBALIFE :)//Experiences//Success Stories

Good morning everyone!

Let me start off by saying that I LOVED my distributors. A couple from Columbia that has daughters the same age as myself. I felt great, like they told me the exact truth. wanted to help me and wanted me to be happy for myself. I weighed in at exactly 220 lbs. I am 21 and 5"5.
So as of now I am doing two shakes(one for breakfast & lunch) then eating a healthy dinner. I chose the Chocolate and Cookies n' Cream flavors. They are actually pretty tasty! I am also drinking the Peach flavored tea to keep myself sane(lol) and my metabolism going. I am so excited to start with journey with Herbalife and overall weight loss. SOOOOO ready to get back to the old me :drinker:

I would love to hear about your experience with Herbalife and your success stories or anything.
Thanks for reading, i'm looking forward to hearing from everyone.

Have a great Wednesday! :flowerforyou:

I used to use Herbalife. I did the two shakes and two teas a day. I lost 20lbs but stopped. I just got so sick and tired of drinking shake after shake. I wanted to chew food. I did keep the weight off for months till right before Christmas when all the yummy food came into play and I pigged out and put on some weight. I started on Herbalife at 173lbs back in April 2012 and lost 20lbs before I gave up. As of today I'm 158lbs.

I've done it twice before....it obviously didn't work for me. I did like the flavour of the shakes though and wouldn't mind buying them again for some quick on the go meal replacements. But I just like 'proper' food too much to be stuck on a mostly liquid diet for long.

I found that the problem with shake diets, for me, is that is doesn't teach me how to eat normal food properly and so when I go back to solid food I have no idea how to do it healthily. This time I am keeping my diet fad free.

Good luck to you though, hope you do better than I did! It certainly can be done if you respond well to shakes :)
