Ok, so I have been doing some strength training at home mostly just using my body weight as resistance for about 2 weeks. Now the exercises are becoming easier (as expected) and I need some new ones to change it up a bit and make it harder.

Right now I do 3 sets of 15 each, rotating nights of the week for arms/abs/and legs.

Triceps Dips
Wall push ups
biceps curls (10 lb dumbells) I put both 5lb dumbells in one hand.
Reverse crunches
bicycle crunches
romanian deadlifts (with dumbells)
side bends (10 lb dumbells) again both in one hand
squats
static lunges
walking lunges

What are some different moves you recommend that have worked for you? I have access to a stability ball and 2/ 5lb dumbells, but that is about it. I don't really enjoy workout DVD's.

Thanks in advance! :happy:
