what kind of results have you seen with 30D Shred??

I have the video and have started it many times, but havent stuck with it. This time I am determined to make it through the full 30 days. I am interested to hear from those who have completed the full 30 days. What type of results did you see? Did you do any other exercise along with the video? Just wondering what kind of results I can hope to acheive. Thanks!!
