So wanted to say hi to everyone... Name is Rick, I'm 29... figured this would be a great way to help me keep track of what i'm actually doing to help myself lose weight. I've been broken for around 16 months now, and exercise is somewhat limited, but I do anything and everything I can to help me trim off the lbs I need. I've went from 297 dow to 242 in about 8 1/2 months. I about tore my tendon in half, and having some other issues with it in my left leg... so... limited big time. I still wanna lose around 40 more lbs. I'd like to get that pseudo six pack I had a few years ago back. Anyhow, great to meet all of you and I hope to get some great advice on what to do.
