heat and hunger

I've noticed the past few weeks, since it has been so hot (high of 113 today), that I am eating less and less. Some days I'm not even hitting 1200, although my calorie goal is at 1960. I'm just not hungry. Even when I work out, which i have been doing less of lately due to the heat and working extra hours.

Has the heat affected anyone else like this?

Well I live in Scotland so usually I have the opposite problem....snow, wind, rain and general coldness makes me reach for the stodge!

But yeah, whenever I'm abroad in Europe and its warm I feel the same and hardly eat at all.
