I set my HRM up when I first got it and somehow lost the manuel. I just discovered under Chrono a setting that can be used that shows heart rate, kcal and % of max heart rate. When I go out of chrono to memory it also shows kcal but it is a different number. My question is which one is the acurate 3 of calories burned? I went looking for the manuel but cannot fins it anywhere. Any help with this question would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Sometimes it's helpful to google "online manual for Reebok Precision XT HRM". I've had some luck finding long lost manuals doing that. Good luck!

I tried that and the one site that looked promising when I clicked on the get manual button it could not find the page. Thanks for the help!

I also have that same HRM, and I pretty much only use the chrono mode. But the only way I can actually see the total amount of calories burned after my workout is while in chrono, press the mem button on the upper left side and scroll through until it shows kcal and the number. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong... do you see the kcal on the main chrono screen while you're working out?

I have to push the upper left button a few times while in Chrono to see the calories burned. My question is when you push the button to get out of Chrono and get into the memory it also shows calories burned but I am not sure what that means, especially since the number in Chrono and the number in memory are not the same. Any ideas?

hmmm... I've never noticed that! I wish I had my watch with me right now, but I'm at work. I'll look at it tonight and I think I still have the manual, so I'll try to solve this case!

thank you.....I searched through all my warranty and direction files last night and could not find that manuel. I found the one for the HRM I owned before the reebok. Sometimes I think there is a black hole in this house and things just disappear through it....especially the things I need.

This is just a guess because I don't have my HRM on me, but when you push memory, I am thinking that's showing your calories burned from your previous work out, since it stores up to 20 work outs.
