My sugar reccomendation on here is 31 grams. I always go over! Is this all I can really have?

I had that same number! I stopped counting. Instead, just try to avoid processed food with sugar in it (actually, avoid processed food altogether is nice but a pipe dream for most!). Bananas alone have like 11 grams. See if the other nutrients balance out the sugar in the food, as in fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, protein, etc

Do you eat alot of fruit???? If it's Fruit sugar i don't worry too much about it since it's natural but if it's from cookies, ice cream etc then i would start to cut back

Thanks for posting this link! I always go over too and didn't know if I should be concerned when a lot of it is fruits. I really need to quit the junk though!

I don't worry about the sugar if it's from fruit. I only keep track of it to find out what foods have a lot of hidden sugar; otherwise I wouldn't even count it.
