I need ideas... Please help

I am a mom of 2 boys. One is 5 months and the other is 2.5 years. I dont have alot of time for myself. I also breastfeed full time. What would be some exercises that would be easy to do. I feel like I am in a rut.

I know my MFP friends are sick of me saying it - but...BODYROCK.TV all the way!!!! 12 minutes a day and you will be amazed at how effective it is. You are working as hard as you can for 50 seconds, taking a 10 second break, then going again, usually 4 exercises for 3 rounds. It goes by really quickly, and just about everything they do can be modified to your liking, even if you don't have the equipment that they use. I am in even better shape now than I was doing Jillian's workouts. Give it a shot, I will be here to answer any questions you have as the site can be a tad confusing when you first start using it!0
