While I certainly believe in taking responsibility for one’s own failures and successes, I think it is important to recognize and acknowledge the people supporting us in our efforts.
My wife is also a MFP member and has done a fantastic job of planning and preparing meals; providing support, encouragement and Kudo’s when I complete exercise sessions. I cannot thank her enough for her love, support and tremendous efforts.

I'd like to hear how other MFP members have received support from family and friends.

My boss. She's the one that has been most supportive and turned me on to MFP! I love her!0
