I am 28 and I have dealt with problems with my hands - probably carpal tunnel problems. But I swell in my hands. I want to lose weight to help with this problem. Years ago the Dr. said that I should cut down on my salt intake. I don't use much salt but I know I eat foods with salt already in them. Any tips on how to avoid salt but still have tasty food? What foods should I stay away from? Thanks.
