What should I do - Job advice

So I finished university at the end of May and have just been offered a job today. But I have an interview for the job I really want tomorrow. So how do I handle this best. I presume I only have until Friday at the very latest to let the first company know if I want to accept the job offer or not?

I live in Ireland and a lot of people are unemployed so I never thought I would be in a position where I don't want to take a job that I have been offered. It has been a stressful day so far today! Realistically I can't turn down the first job without actually having the other job.

Any advice?

On the plus side I will definitely need a long walk today!

Let them know in the interview that you have until Friday to accept or decline a job offer so would appreciate to hear from them prior to. Isn't that the obvious answer?..

I think letting them know you have an offer but you would prefer to work for them is the best way to approach it. That would show them honesty and consideration from you but it would also show you are "in demand". Explain that you don't want to string along the other employeer.
