Losing muscle mass

I have lost about 100 pounds and have quite a bit of muscle tone. I had been as low as 124 pounds and now range anywhere from 131-133. I suspect it is not weight gain because I am very conscious about my diet, so I know it is muscle mass. I am 5'2 and my body has a tendancy to bulk up. Any tips on how to lose some of the muscle mass?

Too much muscle.....seriously?
I guess you could go on a super calorie restrictive diet and NOT exercise .... that should get rid of that "pesky" muscle mass real quick.0 -
I know, it sounds wierd, but on a 5'2" frame it looks somewhat bulky......0

You didn't give enough information as to what you are doing....so I don't what to come off rude or anything...but I am assuming your a female because I have never heard of a man ask this question. Does your muscle mass get in the way of finding clothes? Does it make it difficult to get them over your thighs or sleeves over your arms? If you are over training with the weights could simply focus on cardio. But if you are in between you could still have fat within the muscle which could make you look larger...again without more info I am just guessing. If you are still wanting to weight train talk to a trainer to be sure but you can do just more reps lighter weights...and more cardio. But muscle mass is typically a good thing...so without looking at you that is what I would recommend0

Sure...stop lifting.
or
less weight more reps.
Personally, I think you should reconsider your feeling about muscle mass. Lean mass is where cals are burned, therefore in my mind a good thing. - but to each his (or her) own.
BTW - I think muscular woman are sexy.0 -
Are your abs visible? Can you see vascularity in your arms? If the answer is no to either question then cut some more body fat and you'll lose size. If you're getting giant vascular arms and you're ripped and still large you can kill some of that muscle by doing some excessive cardio and cutting back on the weights, however I'm going to say that without photographic evidence to counter this you're probably still well over 20% body fat and it's not all muscle. Trim down a little bit more and your size will decrease.0

I don't really have a problem with clothes fitting...I wear size small, size 6 petite. My thing is that my calves and thighs are very muscular, I would prefer to have leaner looking legs, the muscle just accentuates my short legs.....my BMI is 230
