Everyone on here that is new and old, please take time to read the following quick message I have for yinz (sorry for the slang):

I am tired of people complaining about the little things in life and not worrying about the important things, many people worry about one little thing that they consider a "flaw" on themselves while others hate everything about their body or themselves.
COME ON PEOPLE it is time to realize that everyone has something to live for and nothing to complain about because they are alive. People who get down on how they look STOP look in the mirror and say "I love who I am and don't give a crap what other people think of me, I am reaching my goal, losing weight, or getting tone for MY health and to better myself!!!"

Love yourself for who you are, not what people want you to become!!!

Don't let anything stand in your way of reach any goal you want to accomplish or reach!!!

Live everyday like there is no tomorrow!!
