Does anyone know if the sugar free jello pudding snacks count as a serving of dairy?

I don't believe there is enough dairy in one of those little cups. According to this article I found it would need to be a cup of milk based pudding....

It's not a full serving, but it should be a partial one. For comparison, the one cup of Greek yogurt I had for breakfast this morning contained 30% of my daily calcium need while the sugar free chocolate pudding cup I had at lunch is 10%. Given the size of the snack cup and the calcium count, I'd say it counts as 1/3 to 1/2 of a dairy serving.

    I wouldn't count it.

But if you are worried about calcium or something like that just check you're vitamins at the end of the day.
