Job Search Advice

So I've been on the hunt for a job for a few months now and haven't had much luck until recently...VERY recently. I have a degree and want to have a job in the graphic design field, but have also been applying for other part-time work just have SOMETHING for income until I can find a job in my field, if ever do! Well I had an interview for a part-tim OKAY job last week and found out that I did get that job yesterday. Well today, I got 2 different calls for interviews today and friday for graphic design positions!
My problem is...I'm not sure how to handle the job I got yesterday. I accepted over the phone (before I got the calls for these new interviews) and was asked to come in to the HR department friday morning to be processed and then start work on Monday. I've been told it may take a few hours in the HR department. BUT...I have this other interview Friday afternoon! (HR stuff is at 10:00 am, new interview is at 2:30). I don't want to turn this part-time job down incase I don't get either of these graphic design jobs, because I really do need a job! But I feel terrible moving forward with it while I'm interviewing for other jobs that I want more, and may or may not get. I'm not sure how to handle this.
Hope this all makes sense... Any advice on what I should do?

Go to HR and get processes for the part time job. Then go for the graphic design job interview. It may take a while for the graphic design job to make a decision about you and you don't even know if you're going to get it. If you end up getting it quit the part time job and don't feel guilty about it. It always is easier to get a job if you already have one, believe me. And you owe the part time job nothing. People quit jobs for other jobs all the time.
Just don't eat over the decision process ;-)0
