An NSV caught me off guard

When I turned around to wash my hands in the restroom, I saw my belt buckle in the mirror. I have not seen my belt buckle in the mirror (without moving my stomach out of the way) in a long time!

    It did indeed! I can't get over how many little changes take place. The changes that take place outpace the weight we drop when decide to get rid of it once and for all.

    I'll take NSVs anyday.....they sure do come around alot more frequently than the SVs. Two thumbs up to you !
