Just Dance 3

Hi! I'm starting to get my body used to exercise via the Just Dance 3 sweat routine (Which is equivalent to swimming 30 minutes a day.) So far I have a little more muscle and I've lost 3 lbs.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else uses Just Dance to work out, and if it helps with weight loss at all? Also if you have any tips, I would appreciate it. :)

    I also use Just Dance as a form of exercise. I've only just started so I'm not sure how it works with weight loss. I only have Just Dance 3 at the moment, and I've noticed certain songs get me more points than other. Not sure if you have Just Dance 3 but if you do I recommend "I'm so excited", "Jump for my love" and any of the sweat versions- especially the "I was made for loving you" one.
    For general tips, I try to keep walking in between songs in order to keep my heart rate up.
    Let me know if you have any other tips/ideas.
