Anyone get below 10% BF (for men) or 20% (for women)?

I'd love to hear how you did it -- what kind of diet, how often you did cardio (if at all), and whether or not you found it more difficult than previous weight loss progressions!

    I'm already below 20%. I did it by losing weight (calorie deficit and exercise.)

    15% - same story as EmCarroll ... no special diet, but adding strength just this year brought down the BF from in the 20s (after being there for close to five years) ... Cardio at least 5x week, if not more and strength 3x.
