Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Burned 620 calories on the Elliptical (again)

What would I have done differently? Nothing... I had a pretty decent day

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, exercise and make good food choices.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes and no, did my weight training, would have liked to do the eliptical

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I wanted something sugary/choclatey around 8 but instead brushed my teeth!

    What would I have done differently? gotten on the eliptical

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my nutritional goals, get on the eliptical, do some more weght training.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? hunted down a tv that i could hook up the dvd player too and started turbo jam!

    What would I have done differently? nothing?

    What is today's personal goals? do learn and burn turbo jam dvd 2 times. hopefully get some of the moves down to a science!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not yesterday.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did 60 min on the elliptical and 20 min of yoga.

    What would I have done differently? Not ate the junk food....hmmm. When I exercise first thing in the moring, I tend to stay on track so much better than if I eat and then workout. So, I guess I should have done elliptical first thing in the morning. And then, at breakfast...I CAN NOT have any processed food/sugars. They just make me crave it, and Crave It, and CRAVE IT.

    What is today's personal goals? I made a 3 day challenge with my hubby to eat clean for the next 3 days. Only able to eat food from the "Clean " list (I am using one from the P90X nutrition guide).

    Walked my 60 mins on the treadclimber even though my legs were hurting really bad.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing. :happy:

    Stay within my nutritional goals.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes ... finally, it's been awhile

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 90 minutes at the Y (90 HARD minutes I might add)

    What would I have done differently? should have stopped eating that icky lunch before I did, and eaten less right before bed

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, do 30 minutes on my stationary bike

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did my Total Body work out, and some Elliptical and made it to a little over 10,000 steps on my pedometer

    What would I have done differently? Took a short walk outside. Ate a little less Rice at Dinner time.

    What is today's personal goals?
    1) Make it 2 more days of eating clean! Only able to eat food from the "Clean " list (I am using one from the P90X nutrition guide).
    2) Eat when I am hungry (or it has been 4 hours since my last meal).
